Customer Success Manager, Universal Robots

Jody Gant has been in the service industry for over 15 years, where he worked as a Bench Technician, Field Service Technician, and Americas Service Repair Manager. Jody started working with Universal Robots in 2017 as an American Service Hub Manager and now takes on the Customer Success Manager role. By being part of the service industry, it had allowed him to grow his expertise in customer care by helping customers learn troubleshooting tips, signup for training sessions and use resources to help with daily operations. Being in charge of UR’s America Service Hub showed him the resources that customers with UR products are able to use to build skills, knowledge and longevity for cobots.
