Rafael Mancilla
Rafael Mancilla works as a sales and application engineer for the West region. He works daily with partners and customers to vet out and assist in cobot implementation and is a Certified Universal Robots Instructor. Prior to this role, Rafael worked as a controls engineer on power generating systems, and he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Cal Poly, Pomona.
Noor Mostafa
Noor Mostafa is the Sales Support Manager at PSYONIC, a pioneering company that develops advanced bionic limbs for both humans and robots. In his role, Noor builds strategic partnerships with robot arm companies, distributors, and integrators, while also managing PSYONIC’s robotic support and service team. He plays a central role in developing systems and strategies that enable the sales team to educate the market on the transformative potential of robotic hands. Noor’s background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Bioengineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago and eight years of experience as a medical device distributor, where he worked closely with surgeons in the operating room. This combination of technical expertise and customer-facing experience uniquely equips him to bridge the gap between innovation and practical application in the fast-moving robotics field.
