Nick Sonski
Nick Sonski holds a BS from Slippery Rock University and has over 12 years of experience in the industrial automation field, including roles as Area Sales Manager for Balluff and positions at Loman Controls. Since joining SICK in 2017, Nick has served as Regional Account Manager, OEM Account Manager for the Northeast, Strategic Industry Manager for Machine Building, and Industry Sales Manager for Machines & Motion. Originally from Pennsylvania, he moved to Raleigh, NC, in December 2022. Nick is a proud parent of three kids (ages 7, 9, and 11) and has a lively household filled with animals.
Nick Lonworth
With a BS in Physics and Business Administration from Washington College and an MS in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Nick brings over 12 years of experience in advanced manufacturing and industrial robotics. Since joining SICK in 2019, he has held roles as Senior Systems Application Engineer for Robotics, Senior Market Product Manager for Robot Guidance, and Technical Business Consultant for Industrial Robotics. He is an A3 Certified Vision Professional, a Certified SolidWorks Associate, and holds various robot programming certifications. In his spare time, he is a DIY home restoration specialist (not by choice).
Alessandra Palmisano
Alessandra Palmisano holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College and has three years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Since joining SICK in 2021, she has worked as a Safety Market Application Engineer for New England and New York, specializing in 2D safety scanners, light curtains, and 3D safety cameras. Alessandra is also a UR Robot expert for SICK’s UR Cap products, including sBot and EOAS. In her free time, she enjoys practicing martial arts and yoga.
Mike DeGrace
Michael DeGrace graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biological Engineering and is an experienced sales Michael DeGrace graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biological Engineering and is an experienced sales engineer with proficiency in manufacturing, components, and collaborative robots. Michael started at Universal Robots as a Channel Development Manager in 2018 and is now a Universal Robots Plus Ecosystem Manager.
